Consumer Resources

Internet Fraud Alert is designed to allow industry and law enforcement to share information about online fraud directly with the institutions responsible for managing the accounts in question. Consumers that believe they may be the victim of Internet fraud should contact the associated institution for that account directly, just as they normally would. Our intent with Internet Fraud Alert is not to change the direct communication that customers have with their online or financial service providers, which remains the most effective means of resolving customer account concerns.

If you believe your personal information may have been compromised, or if you are a victim of identity theft, we suggest the following resources to assist you.
